I have made it to the top 10 of many key words for my webstore, www.YellowBearShop.com, but it remains to be seen the profit return. It is a slow and sometimes painful process but some days Google Webmaster is truly my friend when it shows improvement. It is frustrating as a children's retailer when I am in the top 10 but then the manufacturer discontinues the product. That hurts! I have also noticed that Google Shopping likes to pick the big retailers (Amazon or WalMart for example) before the smaller shops. But baby steps and sticking to the basics will eventually pay off.
